First of all, the key word of our service is “Japan.” As we have explained on the page of “Why Japan?” in this Home Page, we believe the possibility that something within or related to Japan will contribute greatly to your business. The form of contribution may vary in various kinds of ways.

You must face certain issues to be cleared and solved when you begin something in Japan. All the issues you will be facing are unique and special ones, so the solution required in each issue is different. Each solution requires specialty and that’s why there is a lot of consulting needed.

Having said that, we want to emphasize the importance of correctly identifying issues which should be solved. It will be useless to make any effort of solving issues without correctly identifying issues themselves. However, this task is not that easy.

Usually issues are covered with a veil of intricately intertwined customs, regulations, systems, public and private organizations and societies which are never documented. Under these circumstances, it is crucial to grasp a whole picture and co-relationships among the previously mentioned items from the bird’s eye view point.

After identifying the issues in this stage, a detailed survey on identified specific issues will be expected as the second stage. After the second stage you may take a concrete action such as investing a certain amount of money in Japan.

Basically we will not deal with each specific issue in the second stage or later. Besides we will not provide full consulting services, but provide advisory services. In precise words, our role is to provide advisory services for your pre-study to identify issues which lead you to meet your concerns in Japan.
