TechnoSolut is a recently established consulting firm and its main purpose is to support organizations which have or will have an activity related to Japan.
As described in “Our Business” page of this Home Page, we know a few on the many. Therefore, we will bridge you to people, organizations, places and even opportunities which exactly meet your potential needs. This policy is deeply related to the professional career of Mr. Kenji Kurata, the CEO and Founder of TechnoSolut, and his business coordinators at TechnoSolut who have had an experience of working closely with him.
This policy reflects what Mr. Kurata had been through for more than 30 years of service within the Government of Japan. After finishing the Master’s Degree in Applied Chemistry at Keio University, he joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), now the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
■ CEO’s Professional Career
Within METI, he has gained experiences in various positions related to industries, technology, energy and environment. Among varied sections or organizations he has been assigned within or under MITI and METI, some are shown below:

Mr. Kurata has served as the director in some sections above and served as the Deputy Director-General for Planning and Management at AIST. He has also served as the President of NEDO.
He received a Ph.D. in Energy Science from Kyoto University. In terms of academic profession, Mr. Kurata has been a professor of Public Policy School at Hokkaido University. Now, he serves as a special adviser for Keio Leading-Edge Laboratory of Science and Technology at Keio University as well as a visiting professor at Hokkaido University.
